2. IT Consulting - Travel Rate (Outside Kansas City) [Flat Rate - includes lodging & meals]
3. Grant Writing
4. Wiring & Basic Equipment Installation
5. Conference Calls (3 Hour Minimum)
A: Call us or send us an e-mail with your request. All pre-project or pre-work consultation is free. We will provide you with a written proposal with the hourly rate and the number of hours to be charged. Wiring and installation requires us to provide an on-site estimate or we can provide you with a flat-rate hourly quote.
A: Yes - the smallest block of time available is our 3 hour telephone conference call. Wiring and equipment installation is subject to a 4 hour minimum charge.
A: Yes - there are special rates for educational institutions.
A: No - software that needs to be written is sub-contracted by our firm.
